Ask the Insight Instigator
Have a question about a personal, work, or relationship problem?
Want some guidance, but without all the “should-y” stuff?
You’ve come to the right place.
The Insight Instigator (aka Suzanne Watts, MA, RCC) can teach you how to grow your own insight around the issues that are troubling you.
For ethical reasons, just FYI, she can’t tell you what to do (what fun would that be?) or give counselling over the Internet.
And she can’t help with your kids’ math homework or a ride to the airport — even though, yes technically, these could be considered personal problems.
But from time to time, we will publish an “Ask the Instigator” column on the Blog, answering your questions and providing gentle guidance as a jumpstart for empowering your own self-inquiry process.
If you have something you’re struggling with, you’re probably not the only one.
If you have a question, submit it here and it may be answered in a forthcoming column!
